Welcome to Cropredy Marina
A brand new 249 berth, off-line, accessible marina,
with first class facilities and excellent customer service,
situated on the southern Oxford Canal.
Cropredy Marina offers quality moorings at very affordable and competitive prices, in beautiful, tranquil landscaped surroundings. The marina lies within walking distance of the attractive village of Cropredy, famous for the annual Fairport Convention music festival, and about 5 miles north of Banbury, its mainline train station, and junction 11 of the M40.
A proven track record
Tim Langer, owner of the new marina and well respected local businessman, who has developed Crick Marina (near Rugby) and operated it successfully for the past 17 years said: “My marina at Crick works very well because of its fantastic quiet and pretty location, affordable prices, and friendly personal service. I am confident that by offering the same winning formula at Cropredy we will achieve the same success and popularity.”
Tim continued: “In light of the current economic situation, prices have been set at very affordable levels for such an attractive and accessible location. It will be the closest full-service off-line canal marina to the upper River Thames (accessed at Oxford), where mooring fees can be two or three times as expensive.”
“There is only one other small offline marina on the Oxford Canal in the 49 miles between Oxford and Napton, so Cropredy Marina really is unique and very special - which I think has been reflected in the tremendous number of bookings we have already received from people wishing to moor here.”
